I can get a pretty major burn in about 5 minutes.

The doctor said they have found Vitamin D plays a critical part in many metabolic disorders, including diabetes. That's why she's putting me on a weekly megadose prescription for it.Trixiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04405956286050242058noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7929374.post-48575092876781976202009-06-24T11:21:59.403-05:002009-06-24T11:21:59.403-05:00Tech beat me to it: was going to suggest a little ...Tech beat me to it: was going to suggest a little time in the sun. I know several people on the fast/long insulin, and they think it's wonderful. I hope it does good for you!

Do you spend much time in the sun? 15 minutes a day in the sun allows our body to make Vitamin D. Because of my office job, I have to really work to get that time in. My D is low often. I wonder if that has something do with diabetes?

Anyway, good to see a post, and I'll watch for the killer vine story!SBBhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00210338251868486006noreply@blogger.com
